Have you ever felt that paralyzing fear & self-doubt that occurs when you’re in the middle of an idea or task? You know, the ones that sneak into your mind and steal all of your self-confidence and esteem. The type of doubt that leaves you questioning if you’re good enough or smart enough. The type of doubt that leaves you questioning “What is wrong with me?” and leaves you feeling like you’re alone. Can you relate to this? If you can’t then, guess what, you’re perfect and this really isn’t the post for you. However, if you can relate to this, know that we are enough. Know that there is a purpose for us. And most importantly, know that we are never alone. And the next time you find yourself drowning in doubt & fear, take a deep breath and with all the strength that resides in you, affirm your intelligence, your beauty, your worth, and all the fabulous things that you have to offer this world.

As I bring this post to a close, I leave you with this quote from Marianne Williamson….
Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate.
Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure.
It is our light, not our darkness that most frightens us.
We ask ourselves, Who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented, and fabulous?
Actually, who are you not to be?
You are a child of God.
Your playing small does not serve the world.
There is nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other people will not feel insecure around you.
We are all meant to shine, as children do.
We were born to make manifest the glory of God that is within us.
It is not just in some of us; it is in everyone and as we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give others permission to do the same.
As we are liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others.
