With so many things to get done, sometimes feeling joy seems to be impossible. A couple of years ago I was introduced to the concept of mindfulness. The more I learned about mindfulness, I started being more intentional with my thoughts and actions. And then I came across a simple technique that helped me in cultivating more joy and less stress in my life.
This mini-course focuses on cultivating joy by using the G.L.A.D. technique in your planner or bullet journal. It’s really easy to use and only requires a little amount of time, a pen, and something to write on.
