What Will You Cultivate? Word of the Year

Happy New Year!!

Let me be 100% honest with you, I’m glad 2016 is over. It was a very tiring year for me and I’m excited about the possibilities of 2017. And I’m not talking that “new year, new me mess either,” I hate that saying. And I’m not the type to make new year’s resolution. Mainly because I suck at keeping them.

Although every day is a new opportunity to growth, I have to admit the spirit of the new year is contagious. So instead of making resolutions that I’ll forget in a week, I like to select a word that guides my decisions throughout the year. Last year my word was action. And it served me very well.

Cultivate! My Word of the Year

This year my word is cultivate. Over the past couple of month, this word has ingrained itself into my life. So choosing it came easily to me. I believe we have the power to cultivate greatness within our lives. This year I’m focusing on cultivating joy, fun, new opportunities, prosperity, love, trust, faith, peace, and power. And I’m inviting you along for the journey.
