What is a scrapbook journaling?
Scrapbook journaling is a fun and whimsical way to practice mindfulness and keep track of your thoughts and experiences. This approach to journaling is great for anyone who wants to unleash their artist creative potential. It is appropriate for all ages and skill levels.
How to start a scrapbook journal?
The first step in starting your scrapbook journal is finding (or making) a notebook, journal, or planner that work for you. I personally use The Happy Planner for my scrapbook journal because I like the layout and it’s ability to expand over time.
What supplies do I need?
The supplies you will need will greatly depend on the crafting technique you select. Here are a couple of supplies I use most often in my scrapbook journal:
Color pencils · 0.3mm Pens · Scrapbook paper · Washi Tape · Various Stamps & Inks · Tombow Tape
